This straight outta PDX collab utilizes Yakima Chief Hops’ innovative Cryo ® frozen fresh hops to deliver a clear and punchy Double IPA that serves as the sixth and final offering in Ecliptic’s 2022 Cosmic Collaboration Series. The flash-frozen pelletized fresh hops (Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe) provide an intense combination of citrus and tropical flavors with a dank backbone that permeates the beer. Juicy up front, the concentrated hops drop the mic with a bitter finish that leaves these taste buds craving another sip.
