Out of Chardonnay’s Shadow: Aligoté Finds a Home in Oregon

Burgundy might be keeping a secret, but Oregon’s Willamette Valley is bringing it out into the open. Aligoté is the “other” white grape of Bourgogne, often found living in Chardonnay’s shadow.
