Premium Workspace Brand Kiln Leases More Than 20,000 Square Feet
Fall Harvest Festival with Ribbon Cutting October 17

Woodinville, WA – The Harvest Yard, with its curated collection of tasting rooms, restaurants, retail and office, is now complete and the first tenants are in and open to the public. The Yard, with its 100,000 square feet of commercial space above 652 underground parking spots, is nearly 90% leased and poised to become a true destination for both locals and visitors alike.

The latest addition to the Harvest Yard is Kiln, a workspace experience designed to elevate the performance and lifestyle of its members. Kiln has leased 22,045 square feet and will open in Fall 2027, offering thoughtfully-designed private offices, team studios, shared workspace, meeting and event spaces for professionals, growing teams, and established businesses. Personalized hospitality, curated programming, and a connected professional community will bring a richer experience to the workday. Set within Harvest, members will have dining, shopping, tasting rooms, and the Sammamish River Trail close at hand, creating a home base for work in one of Woodinville’s most distinctive destinations. With more than 25 locations open or under development across the West, Kiln was also drawn to Harvest because of its proximity to the aerospace, hardware manufacturing and tech startup sectors on the Eastside. “Harvest brings together so much of what we believe makes a place special; thoughtful design, genuine hospitality, and opportunities for connection,” says Arian Lewis, CEO and Co-Founder of Kiln. “We’re excited to give Woodinville’s professionals and businesses a workplace that reflects those same qualities, where teams can do their best work and enjoy the lifestyle this neighborhood has to offer.”

The Harvest Yard is holding its first annual Harvest Fall Festival on Saturday, October 17 from 1-5 pm. This event, which is open to the public, will feature live music by Brian James Was Here and an interactive custom hat bar by Hoyle Hat Company, complete with saddles, hay and a fully-styled experience where guests can customize their own hats. The Woodinville Chamber of Commerce will be doing an official Harvest Yard ribbon cutting at 3 pm. Guests will leave with a complimentary family photo from Life N Light Studios. The event will be a great opportunity for people to get a first look at the Yard and the community it is creating. With tenant openings ongoing, there will be as many as nineteen establishments operating for the Festival, with rolling openings throughout the fall and into 2027.

The Yard tenant mix is carefully-curated and extensive. On the restaurant front, the first to open will be Bong Bong Bar (October 10) and Brass Steak & Seafood (October 24), with Sugo Hand-Rolled Sushi in December, and Cactus, The Crawlspace Gastropub and the new restaurant concept by celebrity chef Hari Nayak opening in 2027. The Avennia and Grosgrain tasting rooms are now open, with Gård Vintners, Cascade Cliffs, Matthews Winery, Elk Haven Winery all opening in October. Lachini Vineyards and Walla Walla Vintners should be open later in the fall, with Zirckle-Rousch in 2027. In addition, customers will be able to taste hand-crafted bourbon at J.P. Trodden, make their own candles at Elm Candle Bar, buy children’s clothing at Bumble & Bee, and sample champagne and macarons at House Balthazar, all in October. Other establishments include JDA architects (open now), The Tox (October), Direction Apparel (October), Vaunt Gallery (now open), Houseguest (October), Matcha Magic (December), Visible Coffee (November), King’s Cigar Club (October), First and Main real estate (now open), Honor Pilates (December), and Edit (November).

Completion of the Yard is just the latest milestone for Harvest overall. The SOMM Hotel & Spa, which is directly adjacent, is celebrating its one year anniversary, and is a great option for people making it a vacation in Woodinville. And the adjacent real estate offerings – River Run at Harvest and Vineyard Creek offer for-sale townhomes and The Alexan for-rent apartments – are long-complete and occupied. The Yard opening has increased real estate traffic across the board. “River Run is now nearly 50% sold out, with two sales in the month since the Harvest Yard opened,” says Sonya Johnston, the broker of Harvest Agency. “The long-anticipated ability to walk on the Sammamish River Trail in the morning, then up to the Yard for wine-tasting before dinner at The SOMM is now a reality, a reality buyers are embracing.”
