The popular Heathman Restaurant & Bar in Portland, is cooking up not one, but three Mother’s Day dining opportunities sure to sate mom’s hunger. Treat mom to the Prix Fixe Dinner which features a three-course, set menu crafted by executive chef Michael Stanton. Or, if mom is more of an early bird, enjoy the Heathman’s traditional Mother’s Day Brunch or Grand Buffet. You really can’t go wrong.
