Producer of vegetable juices, fruit juices, milks and combinations of all three, Seattle’s Vital Juice Co. is crafting 100-percent organic, locally-sourced, cold-pressed high pressure processed (HPP) premium juices. Launching a few months ago with sales out of one Seattle and one Bellevue, Wash., Whole Foods store, Vital is now available at a number of Washington and Oregon retailers, as well as on Amazon.com and Zaarly.com for national and local delivery, respectively. All produce and all vegan, the Vital Beet w/Almond includes almond “mylk” that gives you a beet with a richer rhythm. Other than beet and almond, the juice also includes carrot, orange, agave and vanilla for a lush and creamy juice, loaded with Vitamin A, C, iron and calcium.
