Rooted in heritage and driven by passion, Olympia Distilling Co. crafts its vodka using naturally sourced artesian water from a deep well in Tumwater, Washington. This mineral-rich water is drawn by hand and hauled three miles across town in 1,000-gallon batches—forming the foundation of the vodka’s clean, crisp taste.

Funds raised through this StartEngine campaign are intended to be used towards efforts to expand distribution, scale production, grow their team, and potentially launch a future line of Ready to drink (RTD) cocktails.

Through limited-run products like Kelsey Gins —small-batch gins infused with saffron and butterfly pea flower—the distillery helps fund Kelsey’s New Beginnings, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing real, tangible help to cancer patients who are fighting battles most of us can’t imagine—people just like the owners’ beloved family member Kelsey Buchanan.
