Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle’s Southport announces a wine pairing

dinner with Drum Roll Wine, a Washington-based winery with a tasting room in Renton.

The exclusive event will take place in the Water’s Table private dining room and will

showcase a six course meal, with each dish thoughtfully paired with a Drum Roll Wine

variety.

Matt Frazier, co-owner and winemaker of Drum Roll Wine, will guide guests through the

menu and each pairing, providing an interactive culinary experience.
