Opening on Friday, May 22, dock & drink offers a casual dining experience accessible by both land and water, with validated parking and docking. The menu features a wide array of summer favorites including shareable plates such as Buffalo wings and hummus; foot-long hot dogs including a Seattle Dog with cream cheese, jalapenos, and grilled onion; and a variety of smash burgers including a āLake Monsterā burger topped with spicy mayo, smoky ghost pepper jack cheese and pickled jalapenos. dock & drink will also feature live music throughout the summer season on Fridays and Saturdays between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. and Sundays between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., further enhancing the restaurantās lively waterfront atmosphere.
The hotelās dockside market, located next to dock & drink, provides all the essentials for an unforgettable day on the lake with kayak and stand-up paddleboard rentals. The market also offers lakewear, sunscreen and grab-and-go snacks and beverages guests can enjoy on the water. Outside of the market, the hotel also offers boat and jet ski rentals directly from its dock through Ohana Kai Water Sports, as well as a floating pickleball court. In addition to dockside experience, Waterās Table, the hotelās signature restaurant, has officially opened its patio featuring unobstructed waterfront views ideal for watching Seattleās famous late-night summer sunsets. Waterās Table offers elevated dining with fresh local seafood, seasonal salads, house-made desserts, and handcrafted cocktails.
