More Than a Taste: Seattle Food and Wine Experience

Explore the tastes of the Northwest and more at the Seattle Food and Wine Experience, back for its sixth year on Sunday, Feb. 23. This event features unique “experiences” where guests can “educate themselves about beverage and culinary products from the Northwest and beyond, talk to producers and taste samples.”

Below you can read a teaser for some of the many featured experiences you can expect to find at this event.

Woodinville Wine Country – Sample wines from more than 30 wineries from this hotshot destination wine region.

The QFC Advantage Lounge – This lounge will give you the chance to nibble on meats, crackers and cheeses while you sip luxury wine brands.

Northwest, California and international wines – Tour and choose samples from more than 800 wines from top producers around the northwest and the world.

Sip Northwest Distillery Row – Learn how whiskey, vodka and gin are made, and taste the latest products from local craft spirits makers at our own spirits-only section.

Chef Prepared Gourmet Bites – Take a break from tasting and grab a snack on site from more than 25 of Seattle’s best chefs.

Tim’s Cascade Snacks, Beer and Cider Exhibit – Head on over to Tim’s where they will serve up their salty chips and popcorn to pair excellently with beer and cider.

Northwest Travel Magazine – Ready to test your talents and knowledge? Try a blind comparative tasting with Northwest Travel contributor, Cole Danehower.
