In Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood, Miro Tea has been blending rooibos beverage infusions since 2007. Their menu sports more than 200 teas, both for retail (take out and shipping) and sip-in options including the Ernie, a rooibos tea fresh brewed iced tea, hand shaken with honey and lemonade. Putting a new spin on the classic Arnold Palmer, the Ernie is a blast of tangy citrus and honey, with sweet herbal flavors from the red rooibos leaves.
