Lust is the winery’s first traditional-method vintage sparkling wine, and the first collaboration between acclaimed winemakers Isabelle Meunier and Andrew Davis
DUNDEE, OR (June 18, 2025) – LucidWild is proud to announce the release of the 2021 Lust Vintage Blanc de Blanc, the winery’s first traditional-method vintage sparkling wine, and the collaboration between acclaimed winemakers Isabelle Meunier and Andrew Davis.
Crafted entirely from Chardonnay sourced from the renowned Stark Vineyard in the Chehalem Mountains AVA, a south-facing site prized for its elevation, volcanic soils, and expressive, finely structured fruit, the 2021 Lust Vintage Blanc de Blanc reveals a pure, focused style. It opens with bright citrus and white flower aromatics, a vibrant mineral core, and finishes with fine, persistent bubbles and elegant texture. Produced using the Méthode Traditionnelle of Champagne, the wine was fermented with native yeasts and crafted with minimal intervention to preserve the vineyard’s character. After secondary fermentation in the bottle, it was aged sur lie for thirty-six months to develop fine mousse, layered texture, and elegant depth.
LucidWild’s vintage sparkling debut of Lust is extremely limited, with only 90 cases produced. Structured to be luminous in its youth yet capable of evolving beautifully with time, Lust captures a timeless vision of site and style.
“This marks the first time Andrew and I have collaborated on a sparkling wine,” said Isabelle Meunier. “We wanted to create something truly distinctive, a wine with incredibly fine bubbles, bright energy, and a deep connection to the vineyard that inspired it. Working with Andrew and the stunning fruit from Stark Vineyard made this a truly special project.”

The Lust original-art labels, along with all LucidWild Estate labels, are designed in collaboration with renowned Brooklyn based visual artist Sean M. Smith, whose portfolio includes iconic work for legendary musicians such as Lenny Kravitz, David Bowie, The Ramones, and Iggy Pop. Sean’s distinct storytelling style brings a modern, soulful aesthetic to LucidWild, bridging the world of music, fine art and fine wine.
The 2021 Lust Vintage Blanc de Blanc will be available exclusively through LucidWild Estate’s SkyTerraces + WineCaves and allocated to wine club members starting July 15th.
