Koenig Distillery and Winery’s Seven Devils Straight Bourbon Whiskey draws its name from the same place it draws its water: the Seven Devils mountain range in west central Idaho. Lauded as Idaho’s first whiskey (though soon to be one of at least a handful), Seven Devils is understandably beloved by local bars and bartenders alike.
