Holiday parties call for a drink to serve in a large format. And, for that matter, bubbly too! This bright and effervescent pomegranate juice punch bowl fits the bill, thanks in part to locally sourced botanicals of Astraea Gin. It’s the perfect sip under the Christmas tree – just get there first, before your party guests do!
INGREDIENTS
1 bottle Astraea Mist Gin
1 bottle prosecco or Champagne
1 quart pomegranate juice
2 cups orange juice
2 cups limeade
1 cup of cranberries, for garnish
Several orange and lime slices, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients into a punch bowl and float the fruit garnishes on top.
Ladle the punch into a highball glass filled with ice to serve guests. Garnish with edible glitter, orange peel, and cranberries.This cocktail recipe will serve approximately twelve people. Cheers and sip under the Christmas tree!
