Tieton Cider Works Smoked Pumpkin Cider

Dropped last week at the official close of summer, Tieton Cider Works released their limited-edition fall Smoked Pumpkin Cider. “We wanted to produce a cider that not only would be synonymous with the fall season but also remain true to our local farmers,” says Tieton cider maker Marcus Robert. “Pumpkin seemed a natural fit.” Using apple wood and a process that puts smoke directly into the cider, the smokey, earthy pumpkin aromas and flavors are immersed into the rich yet bright, acid-driven and tart apple notes, evoking a cider that is not only true to the farmers and land but also true to the season.
