New daily happy hour featuring a special Hispanic Heritage Month dish from Chef Jocelyn Chacón at Bellpine, plus a month-long Winemaker Series spotlighting five Hispanic Oregon winemakers
PORTLAND, OR (Sept 16, 2026) – The Ritz-Carlton, Portland is giving guests a new reason to linger above the city with the launch of Golden Hour at Bellpine, a new happy hour experience on the hotel’s 20th floor. From 3PM to 5PM daily during Hispanic Heritage Month, Golden Hour invites guests to enjoy special pricing on cocktails, wine, and bites, alongside sweeping views of Portland in the elevated setting of Bellpine.
The Ritz-Carlton, Portland will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 through October 15 with Bellpine’s Chef de Cuisine Jocelyn Chacón’s Albacore Tuna Tacos featured on the Golden Hour menu throughout the month.

“Celebrating my Hispanic heritage is about honoring the people, places, traditions and stories that shaped who I am today,” said Chef Jocelyn. “I come from storytellers, and throughout generations, my family has shared those stories through music, poetry, food and gathering. During Hispanic Heritage Month, I’m grateful for the opportunity to honor those roots while bringing my own perspective and creativity to the table.”
Throughout the month, The Ritz-Carlton, Portland will also welcome a series of Hispanic Oregon winemakers as part of its Meadowrue Winemakers Series, bringing together Alumbra Cellars, Cória Estates, Cramoisi Vineyard, Gonzales Wine Company and Valcan Cellars for a series of special tastings and guest experiences.
