Red Tank Cider 425 Cider

by | Apr 22, 2014

“It’s not supposed to be easy. That’s why it tastes so good.”

Red Tank Cider in Bend, Ore., has announced a relentless and “uncontrollable passion” for real, earnest Northwest cider. With sustainability in mind, the ciderhouse promises to only use apples, yeast and natural sulfites to comprise their canned and draft-ran ciders, sans any artificial chemicals or anything to stand in the way of this true Oregon fruit. Standing next to said fruit in the 425 Cider are sturdy and floral Cascade dry hops, used to enhance the apple with citrus, spice and savory tones of fresh flowers and spring herbs. The greens are more aggressive on the nose, with a palate that is hugged with hops and juicy in apple.
