In Preview: Sips of Summer Series

by | Jun 27, 2014

It is no secret that in the summer wine tastes better alfresco, especially on a beautiful patio. This is why it is with excitement and anticipation that we await the kickoff of the Sips of Summer Series happy hour events on Wednesday, July 9 at the Lobby Bar and patio at Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle.

Hosted by the Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle and our very own Sip Northwest magazine, this event will give attendees the chance to mingle with the true masters of the Washington vines, taste their delicious wines and nibble from a menu of bites and entrees. Live music will aid the ambiance as everyone sips his or her way to bliss (beer and cocktails will also be available for those less wine-inclined).

With the promise of a beautiful backdrop, wines glasses teeming with delicious Washington products, the knowledgeable winemakers themselves onsite and extended happy hour pricing with copies of the magazine to boot, this event is a summer must-go. Mark your calendars because after July 9 it will only return for two repeat performances—the second Wednesdays of August and September.
