Northwest Spirits‘ Jingle Juice is bright, festive, and cheerfully citrus-forward, the kind of cocktail that keeps the party going. Blood orange and warming spiced syrup give it a spirited holiday punch, while the aromatic rosemary gives a touch of winter greenery. It’s refreshing, seasonal, and guaranteed to make spirits bright.
INGREDIENTS
1½ ounces Savor Spear® Gin
¾ ounce blood orange purée
¾ ounce fresh lime juice
½ ounce Orange Curaçao
½ ounce Spiced Simple Syrup (Eli Mason)
GARNISH
Half sugar rim, trimmed lime peel, rosemary sprig
GLASSWARE
Coupe or Nick & Nora
DIRECTIONS
Prepare a coupe with a half sugar rim. Add the gin, blood orange purée, lime juice, Orange Curaçao, and spiced simple syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 8–10 seconds, and fine-strain the mixture into the prepared glass. Express a trimmed lime peel over the top and rest it along the rim, then finish with a rosemary sprig for added aroma.
Prep Tip: Warm the rosemary briefly with a quick pass of a lighter to release extra wintery aromatics.
