Walk into a privately-owned coffeehouse in the Emerald City and Lighthouse is often times the supplier of their beans. The Roaster’s Choice is their signature coffee, a blend of Ethiopian, Sumatran and Latin high-grown Arabica beans. Full-bodied and complex but not overwhelmingly dark or rich, this coffee blend is a crowd-pleaser with easy citrus and bitterness.
