Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi has teamed up with Copperworks Distilling Co. to create a delicious and impactful drink that not only tastes good, but does good.
Meet the Blush & Bloom.
Crafted with lavender & pink peppercorn-infused Copperworks gin, Sakura vermouth, Luxardo bitter, Campari foam, and egg whites, the bold and beautifully balanced drink was created to support Rainier Athletes, a Bellevue-based non-profit which champions the unlimited possibility of youth in and out of the classroom by igniting connection through 1:1 mentorship, self-discovery, and access to opportunity.

In partnership with AHG Cares, the philanthropic arm of Ascend Hospitality Group (AHG), Ascend’s parent company, Blush & Bloom is part of the group’s Community Cocktail initiative, which is dedicated to donating $1 from each sale of a featured dish or drink to benefit nonprofits.
Throughout March and April, Rainier Athletes will receive $2 from every Blush & Bloom cocktail sold, as Copperworks Distilling Co. is matching Ascend’s $1 donation per drink.

To celebrate the launch of the spring Community Cocktail, Blush & Bloom, Ascend Prime is hosting an exclusive Meet the Maker event on March 6, with Copperworks co-owners Jason Parker and Jeff Kanof, along with Ascend’s Lead Mixologist Chaz Lee.
“We’re excited to partner with Copperworks to not only bring this incredible cocktail to life but also to raise awareness and support for an organization that’s helping youth achieve their full potential,” said Lee.
“This collaboration is more than just a great cocktail. It’s about making a difference in the community and lifting up the next generation of leaders,” said Kanof.
