Don’t Sleep on These Cold Brew Whiskey Cocktails

by | Nov 4, 2022

Chilly, wet weather is on the way in the PNW. The perfect way to settle in and keep cozy? Warm up with cocktails featuring this award-winning cold brew coffee whiskey.

Pursuit Distilling Co., located in Enumclaw, Wash., handcrafts this unique whiskey with a cold brew blend from Dillanos Coffee Roasters. Dillanos is another beloved Northwest brand roasting coffee in Sumner, just 30 minutes down the road from the distillery. The medium roast brings notes of cola and sweet vanilla, creating an incredible flavored whiskey that continues to win countless awards including Platinum medals from Sip Magazine’s Best of the Northwest competition the past two years.

Try it on ice, or mix it up with one of the three cocktail recipes created by Pursuit’s resident mixologist Tyler Odell!
