Blue Flame Spirits takes artisanal production a step further. The Prosser, Wash.-based producer not only uses exclusively Washington agriculture to fuel their fire, but Blue Flame also imports their premium bottles from Italy then has them hand-painted in Poland. Their brandy is no exception to the rule—100% organic and 100% single batch made from Washington grapes and Fuji apples. Toffee, caramel and grape aromas fill the snifter while the palate, albeit a little hot, is full of vanilla and spice.
