Heritage Distilling Company is among the top premier craft distilleries in the United States, making a variety of whiskeys, vodkas, gins and rums from as many local ingredients as possible. HDC is one of the largest craft distilleries on the West Coast, is the largest independently owned craft distillery in Washington, and is a majority women-owned enterprise. Heritage Distilling is the most awarded craft distillery in North America.

With six tasting rooms in Washington and Oregon, HDC opened a second full-scale production distillery in Eugene, Oregon, in 2016 and was immediately one of the largest craft distilleries in Oregon. HDC blends community heritage with award-winning spirits and innovative experiences, making every customer feel like family.

Ingredients

2 ounces Heritage Distilling Company Huckleberry Vodka 
3 ounces lemonade 
1 scoop blackberry jam  
2 dashes Scrappy’s Black Lemon Bitters

Directions

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine HDC Huckleberry Vodka, lemonade, blackberry jam, and black lemon bitters. Shake until combined and pour over ice into a Collins glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.
