The rye is an approachable balanced mix of 55 percent rye, 40 percent corn and just the right amount of chocolate malt, where the rye builds a base of spicy warmth, corn imparts a light caramel sweetness, and the malts add depth and rich vanilla notes to match up with the woodsy, smoky undertones drawn from barreling.
