We think that Westland Distillery’s American Single Malt Whiskey is a worthy cocktail in its own right, but the addition of cranberry juice and ginger ale is an inspired choice. This refreshing and balanced drink is an approachable sip for any cocktail lover — and it can be easily scaled up as a holiday punch at your Christmas party.
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Westland Flagship Single Malt Whiskey
1.5 oz Cranberry juice
½ oz Fresh lime juice
2 oz Ginger Ale
Rosemary sprig + fresh cranberries, for garnish
DIRECTIONS
Combine the first three ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well for 10-15 seconds. Strain into rocks class with fresh ice and top with ginger ale. Add sprig of rosemary and fresh cranberries for garnish.
