Like a luxurious, spiked dessert in a glass, this decadent sipper by Rainfire Spirits is the ultimate dessert cocktail for bourbon lovers. The spirit’s oaky warmth is perfectly balanced by sweet, dark chocolate notes of crème de cacao, all wrapped in a silky, frosty cream base. A dusting of cinnamon adds an aromatic, spicy flourish.
INGREDIENTS
1½ ounces Rainfire Founder’s Select Straight Bourbon Whiskey
1 ounce (Tempus Fugit) Crème de Cacao
1 ounce Organic Heavy Cream
(optional) dash of salt or 4 drops of Saline
GARNISH
Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, and shake until well mixed. Double strain cocktail into a Coupe Glass and dust with cinnamon.
