Inspired by Ethiopian and Eritrean coffee traditions, this rum-forward cocktail includes a delicious coffee liqueur collaboration between Blackfish Distillery and Boon Boona Coffee. They’ve taken Boon Boona’s Jebena cold brew and blended it with white whiskey, crafting a small-batch spirit that’s rich, silky, and straight-up addictive. A dash of Scrappy’s Cardamom Bitters gives it that extra kick of traditional flavors. Pair it with some salty snacks and good company and you’ve got yourself a drink worth slowing down for.
