Lompoc Brewing C-Note Imperial Pale Ale

by | Sep 4, 2014

Cravings—everybody gets them. Sometimes the dreaded need for chocolate hits you, other times it’s a mouthwatering need for a salty snack and every now and again the desire for a bitter delight becomes overwhelming. When that need for a harsher (in the most positive of connotations) afternoon cool down hits, uncap a bottle or head over to one of Portland’s Lompoc Brewing locations and order a pint of their C-Note Imperial Pale Ale. This ale hits the taste buds with a hoppy force and subtle sweet hints of caramel followed by a dry citrus finish. The senses are treated to a refreshing, bitter kick accompanied by scents of earthy pine and herbal spice.
