Invisible Alchemy Kombucha Quintessence

by | Jun 23, 2014

After spending many years dedicated to studying the probiotic way of life and experiencing the health benefits of kombucha firsthand, the owners of Invisible Alchemy decided to bottle up their knowledge and share it with the public. Brewed and bottled at Captured by Porches Brewing Company in St. Helens, Ore., these elixirs boast of containing 100 percent organic ingredients, restorative probiotics and enzymes. Invisible Alchemy brews 12 flavors of their fermented tea—the Quintessence is among the sweeter variety incorporating the flavors of quince and raspberry. With a black tea base and light fruit taste followed by a tangy finish on the back palate, this sparkling drink does not overwhelm the palate and offers a refreshing pick me up.
