If you’re not on the apple train, you’re missing the boat. Throw yourself an oar and start chugging—with Humm Kombucha Apple Sass to kick it off. Idioms aside, whether it’s hard cider or the soaring popularity of fresh, cold-pressed juice, apples have stepped into the spotlight of the beverage stage. The Bend, Oregon, kombucha brewery has caught on, with several of its fermented teas sporting blends that include fresh, organic juice and raw ingredients.

The Apple Sass is no different. Based on organic raw kombucha of purified water, organic evaporated cane juice, organic green tea, organic black tea and live Kombucha culture, the fermented drink is doused with organic apple juice, organic ginger juice, organic cinnamon and organic cayenne for a sipper that adds in circulation stimulation and digestion while spiking your energy. All to the tune of a mere 45 calories and seven grams of sugar. Now get jump on the bandwagon and toast to Northwest bounty.
