Grace Harbor Farms Chocolate Milk

by | Jun 17, 2013

Grace Harbor Farms started with two goats and two people, beginning in 1999 with a modest production of goat milk soap and lotions for farmers markets in Bellingham, Wash. In 2003, Tim and Grace Lukens took their farm to the next level as a Grade A Dairy and Milk Processor, now producing a number of soaps, balms, lotions and more from cow and goat milk, as well as organic goat and Guernsey dairy cow milk beverages like their Golden Guernsey Chocolate Milk. This bred of cow produces milk that has more natural beta carotene, a sweeter profile and with more proteins than other cows, and in an opulent golden color to boot. Rich, malty and silky cream in texture, the chocolate milk is dessert in a bottle.
