Producers of both wine and cider in Port Townsend, Wash., it is only logical for Eaglemount Wine & Cider to join their two loves in a union featuring the best of their wine and cider production. Eaglemount’s Raspberry Cider is still fermented and treated as an apple cider, with the fruit as 80% of the blend, then the certified organic apples are fused with raspberry wine juice for the remaining balance. Semisweet and semi-sparkling, the power of raspberry take the reins with a honeyed yet tart red fruit flavor and the apple cider provides an uplifting, effervescent and full-bodied foundation.
