Tacoma, WA Tacoma’s waterfront just welcomed its newest neighbor: Evergreen State Brewing (ESB), now open at 1901 Dock Street. Known for bold craft beer and a commitment to community, ESB is quickly becoming a go-to destination for both locals and visitors.
“It’s more than beer — it’s community, connection, and a whole lot of fun. ESB is our love letter to the State of Washington,” says the ESB team.
Flavor & Food
ESB has partnered with We Be Smok’n BBQ, serving up brisket, ribs, smoked sides, and their signature sauce during the taproom’s opening weeks. The kitchen is temporarily closed for renovations, but will reopen on a full-time basis very soon.
