Enso Winery Resonate White #6

by | Dec 3, 2014

Located in the heart of SE Portland, Enso Urban Winery offers a unique tasting experience—they feature house-made wines, which are aging just feet from where you are sitting, and they also offer rotating wine and beer selections crafted from other local urban wineries and breweries. Since a large vineyard would not be too practical in the midst of the city, Enso Winery works closely with small farms to source grapes grown in the Pacific Northwest, specifically in Oregon, Washington and California. Try the Resonate White, a non-vintage blend of Dry Riesling and Chenin Blanc, fermented and aged in stainless steel that gives the wine a bright flavor profile with fruit-forward notes of citrusy peach and green apple.
