Effervescent Elegance: Unveiling the Perfect NW Twist on a French 75!

Sip Magazine’s Publisher, Kristin Bacon recently visited the Fox Q13 studios for a special Mother’s Day segment on Seattle’s Sip to talk about local sparkling wine picks $20 and under and also shares the recipe for a twist on the classic French 75 featuring Northwest made products.

Northwest 75 Cocktail Recipe

1 oz Empress 1908 Gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 ounces of Treveri Cellars “Blanc de Blancs” Brut Zero sparkling wine
Garnish with a lemon twist or edible flowers

Add ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake vigorously and strain into a couple glass. Pour the sparkling wine into the glass and finish with a garnish of your choice.
