Dry Fly Distilling – Washington’s First Craft Distillery

by | Sep 18, 2024

Established in 2007, Dry Fly Distilling is Washington’s first distillery since prohibition, embodying a commitment to quality and innovation in the world of spirits. Based in Spokane, this artisanal distillery prides itself on producing premium, handcrafted spirits using locally sourced ingredients and a meticulous production process.

Dry Fly Distilling started with a vision to create exceptional spirits that highlight the region’s rich agricultural heritage. By focusing on farm-to-bottle practices, it ensures that every step of the production — from selecting grains to distilling and bottling — is performed with utmost care. Dry Fly’s portfolio includes award-winning vodka, gin and whiskey, each celebrated for its distinctive flavor and smoothness. Dry Fly Distilling was  also an early player in the ever popular canned cocktail game, creating all natural, premium canned cocktails made with real, natural ingredients.

With a dedication to sustainability and community, Dry Fly Distilling has grown from a small family venture into a respected name in the craft spirits industry. Its  commitment to quality and authenticity shines through in every bottle, making Dry Fly a standout choice for spirit enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
