Copperworks Distilling’s New Barrel Gin

by | Jun 27, 2014

This just in (to bottles) and out (of the barrel): Copperworks Distilling Co.’s New Barrel Gin is now available. It’s an aged take on Copperworks’ classic dry gin, which uses the latter as a base to soak in the woodsy aroma of charred new American oak barrels and create something entirely different. Richer in flavor and hue than the original, the New Barrel Gin, released today, shows off zesty orange and citrus flavor alongside juniper and ends with a spicy cinnamon-coriander snap. If you’ve any gin skeptics in your life, this could be what changes their mind.
