INGREDIENTS
½ ounce simple syrup
½ ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1½ ounces Cash Butte Distillery Orchard Gin
Argyle Champagne
GARNISH
Lemon peel
DIRECTIONS
Use a classic martini or a coupe glass. Build the cocktail from the bottom up, so when you add the champagne at the end, it mixes all the ingredients together.
Add the simple syrup, lemon juice, Cash Butte Orchard Gin and fill the rest with champagne (roughly 80-90% of the glass). Garnish with lemon peel.
