SEATTLE, WA [August 5, 2025] – Seattle’s beloved Bumbershoot Arts & Music Festival is just a few weeks away, returning this Labor Day Weekend (August 30–31) to celebrate creativity, community, culinary arts, and music. After announcing both the music lineup and visual arts programming earlier this Summer, the festival is back with details on the mouthwatering and eclectic Culinary Arts lineup for 2025, featuring regionally esteemed eats and drinks that aim to celebrate, challenge, comfort, have fun, uplift, and indulge.

This year’s culinary lineup features exciting new additions to the lineup, including James Beard Award Semi-Finalist Restaurant Homer, Japanese-style soft serve ice cream from Indigo Cow, delicious and deservedly hyped fusion tacos from Mexican Seoul, buzzy Puerto Rican plates from Lenox, and much more to discover.

Returning favorites include Local Tide’s exquisite seafood dishes, award-winning Filipino food from Musangtino’s x Musang, and delectable eats from The Chicken Supply, all of which have been featured in The New York Times list of Seattle’s Best Restaurants. Other highlights include Eva’s Wild, known for its sustainable fishing and low carbon footprint, neighborhood favorite Big Max Burgers, Gold Coast! serving West African Cuisine, cooked-to-perfection barbeque from Jack’s BBQ, and many more Seattle favorites. Find the full list of participating vendors below.

Not only will festivalgoers have the opportunity to enjoy all of the incredible food on the grounds, but there will also be specialty and craft beers at the BumBEERshoot Beer Garden, unique and natural wine options at VineShoot (Wine Garden), and, of course, cocktails in the Cocktail Corner

Perched atop Fisher Pavilion with sweeping views of the Fountain Stage and Recess District, will be your new favorite festival escape. By day, it’s a vibrant, all-ages beer and wine garden complete with a family-friendly Cat Circus by Motley Zoo Animal Rescue. By night (after 9 PM), it transforms into a 21+ hangout with some of the best views in Seattle. BumBEERshoot will feature 13 local breweries pouring a wide range of styles—from IPAs and lagers to experimental and seasonal brews. Highlights include Burke-Gilman Brewing, known for Washington-sourced ingredients and barrel-aged creations, and Fast Fashion Brewing, returning with their bold, hop-forward beers. Bizarre Brewing will serve its Italian-style Pilsner Death Rides a Horse, while Obec Brewing offers a fruity, spicy twist on the Belgian saison with their Summer Saison. The highly loved non-alcoholic Bumberbrew from Three Magnets will also return this year with a PNW IPA that’s light, crisp, and a perfect companion for an unforgettable weekend. Other participating breweries include: El Suenito Brewing, Here Today Brewery and Kitchen, Project 9, Ravenna Brewing Co., Seapine Brewing Company, Seattle Cider Company, Métier Brewing Co, and Flying Lion Brewing.

VineShoot will spotlight a dynamic lineup of wines from the Pacific Northwest and beyond, with a focus on natural, organic, and pesticide-free selections. New this year are Domaine des Cognettes, a 9th-generation organic Loire Valley producer celebrated for its expressive Muscadets, and Domaine Montrose, a historic French winery dating back to 1701, debuting their zero-alcohol sparkling rosé. Fan favorites return, including Orcas Project and Constant Crush, Limited Addition. Also back is La Dive x Chateau Deluxe—a stunning collaboration between the natural wine visionaries at Seattle’s La Dive and talented winemaker Kyle Lattimer. Grape Ink, one of the region’s most cherished wine/art/poetry collectives, returns alongside Little Crow Vineyards, a one-woman Willamette Valley gem. Rounding out the lineup this year are Dorcha, Mont de Marie, RAM Cellars, Troon Vineyard and Farm, and Vignale di Cecilia.

Last but not least, Cocktail Corner is returning for its second year and will be hosted in the Kobe Bell Garden in the Seattle Center. Festival goers can enjoy craft cocktails from some of the best creative minds in the region. Making their Bumbershoot debut this year are Montana Badlands, who will serve up their Montana Mule, their take on the classic Moscow Mule and Bar Bayonne, whose sophisticated yet approachable French-Basque charm will keep you coming back for more. Here Today Brewery & Kitchen, co-owned by nationally renowned, award-winning bartender Chris Elford will be serving up delectable drinks and James Beard-nominated cocktail bar Rob Roy will make their highly awaited return this year with an exciting twist!

Set against the iconic backdrop of Seattle Center’s 74-acre urban campus, Bumbershoot remains a cultural touchstone, bringing music, visual arts, culinary excellence, and education in a way only Seattle can. As one of the longest-running independent festivals in the world, Bumbershoot remains committed to innovation, inclusion, and celebrating the Pacific Northwest spirit, offering an experience where there’s something for everyone.
