Bull Run Cider Creekside Cranberry Perry

by | Nov 18, 2014

Bull Run Cider, located in Forest Grove, Oregon, proudly produces in line with their “from grove to glass” sustainable morale. They work with Mt. Hood Organic Farms to produce their locally sourced semi-sweet perry made from organic pears. In what appears to be a successful effort to prove that opposites attract, the Creekside Cranberry Perry brings together two fruits with quite a bit of space between them on the spectrum of acidity. The smooth pear mellows out the highly acidic cranberry and results in a delightfully sweet, yet slightly tart and subtle, tannic sip. Not only will this drink intrigue your taste buds, but it also tantalizes with its fragrant, fruit-forward nose. With Thanksgiving dinner quickly approaching, pick up a bottle of the cranberry perry as the perfect complement to your holiday feast.
