The Nice to Meet You cocktail is a savory twist on a classic margarita. Featuring the briny punch of Blue Spirits’ Pickle Vodka, the spicy kick of Bootblack Jalapeño Margarita Mix, and a hint of citrus from classic Curaçao, this drink is shaken to perfection and served in a salt-rimmed glass, finished with a pickle and a wedge of lime.
INGREDIENTS
2 ounces Blue Spirits’ Pickle Vodka
3 ounces Bootblack Jalapeno Margarita Mix
½ ounce Dry Curacao or Triple Sec
GARNISH
Pickle and lime
DIRECTIONS
Shake all ingredients, then pour into a salt-rimmed glass with ice. Garnish with a pickle and a wedge of lime for a finishing touch.
