Atlas Cider Co. Hard Blackberry Cider

by | Sep 30, 2014

The Pacific Northwest is applauded for its craft beverage producers, but Atlas Cider Co. knows it is the fruits that these lands produce that own the show. Every bottle of Atlas hard cider is teeming with fruit locally grown in Oregon and Washington, and contains no artificial flavoring or coloring. Located in the heart of the Northwest in Bend, Ore., Atlas Cider tasted and handpicked their fruit producers to ensure all of their batches are of the highest quality that results in the best flavors.

The Hard Blackberry Cider comes in a 22oz bottle that, upon first glance, appears to be in tinted glass. It isn’t until you pop the cap and pour it into a glass of your own that you realize the dark, purple liquid is a result of the abundance of blackberries and elderberries used to craft this particular cider. The blackberries, elderberries, and apples work together for a tasty balance of sweet and tart flavors. This fruit forward beverage is full on tannins that leave a delightfully dry, rich finish. With a bottle of Hard Blackberry Cider, berry season lasts all year long in the Pacific Northwest.
