From September 18 through 21, expert food and beverage artisans from across the country will flood the blocks of downtown Portland to stuff more than 30 culinary events into a mere four days.
For the third consecutive year, Bon Appétit Magazine presents the appropriately named Feast Portland. The festival will unite an impressive list (in both breadth and star power) of industry pros, sure to keep fest-goers full and happy throughout the jam-packed weekend itinerary.
Among the nearly sold-out events is Sunday’s Tillamook Brunch Village, in which local and national chefs will put their own, morning coffee-fueled spins on the classic gingerbread house – crafting an edible town out of bacon, eggs and other brunch favorites. While spectators chow down on eats from household names such as Chef Duff Goldman (star of former Food Network series Ace of Cakes), local bartenders will go head-to-head at Feast’s inaugural Brunch Brawl, also known as the “I Woke Up Like This” Cocktail Competition (inspired by Beyoncé, of course).
While many of the Feast Portland events are sold out, now is crunch time for those still looking to get their grub on.
