DISKIN CIDER ANNOUNCES GRAND OPENING DATE

Nashville’s first craft cidery celebrates with a full day of festivities

Diskin Cider, Nashville’s first and only craft cidery, has officially announced a date for their long-awaited grand opening.  The hard cider company will host the event at their brand new facility located in the Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood on Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 12 PM – 11 PM.

The grand opening will feature live music from talented local Nashville artists, headlined by the dynamic alternative rock band Colony House.  Lightning 100 will conduct a live broadcast from the site while delicious food truck and dessert options from Flavor, Hattie B’s, Dough Box, Buns on the Run, King of Pops and Ivory Cotton Bar will be available. Bright Event Productions, Marquee Event Rentals and Aero Bar are additional event partners.

The Grand Opening will be a family friendly event also featuring live screen printing of commemorative items by Hip Hues, on-site tattoos by Black 13, lawn games and new seasonal ciders only available for a limited time. Entry is

free to the general public and information for upgraded experience packages can be found on the Diskin Cider website (link here https://www.diskincider.com/events/38642).  Cider Makers will carry out special tours of the cellar and cider tastings throughout the course of the day.

Diskin Cider is proud to bring true local craft cider to Tennessee and the South.  Bridging the gap between wine and beer, Diskin Cider’s dangerously good, flavorful, small-batch ciders break the mold of overly sweet cider with the natural flavor of fresh-pressed apples.
