NEWBERG, OR (April 8, 2025) – The highly anticipated 7th Annual Women in Wine Conference will take place June 3, 2025, at The Allison Inn & Spa in Newberg, Oregon. This annual event brings together inspiring women from across the wine industry for a day of education, empowerment and networking.
Tickets are now on sale. Women in Wine members can purchase tickets for $225, while non-member tickets are $265. On May 19th the ticket prices will be $275 for members and $325 for non-members. The full-day, in-person event includes a welcome bag, continental breakfast with a welcome beverage, lunch, and a glass of wine at the post-conference happy hour. Doors open at 8 a.m., with programming from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., followed by happy hour from 4 to 5 p.m.

Keynote Speakers Announced
Bree Stock, Master of Wine, will deliver the opening keynote address, “State of the Wine Industry for Women,” offering a data-driven, unfiltered look at where women stand in 2025. Her session will explore progress, persistent gaps and strategies for continued change across leadership, entrepreneurship, pay equity and innovation.
Libra Forde, speaker and changemaker, will lead the morning keynote, “Uncorking Boldness: Turning Ideas into Impact.” Forde’s session will empower attendees to embrace risk-taking, shift limiting mindsets, and commit to bold leadership and intentional action within their personal and professional lives.
Panel Discussion Announced
“Empowered Leadership: Harnessing Entrepreneurial Thinking for Growth and Innovation in the Wine Industry” led by moderator Jen Cossey, General Manager at Brooks Wine, will feature a dynamic panel of women leaders including Kate Norris, co-owner and co-winemaker at Division Winemaking Co; Shauna Rosenblum, winemaker at Ridge Vineyards; and Lauren Francis, CEO and Talent Advisor at Mulberry Talent. Together, they will explore how women in the wine industry can apply entrepreneurial thinking to drive innovation, strengthen leadership, and build resilient, purpose-driven careers and businesses. Participants will gain actionable strategies for developing a unique personal brand, making confident decisions, and navigating the evolving wine industry with creativity and clarity.

“Using Social Media To Engage Sales” session hosted by Lois Cho, CEO and co-founder of Cho Wines
“Owning Your Story: How to Overcome Doubt, Stand Out, and Share Your Value with Confidence” led by marketing consultant Mary Czarnecki, who will guide participants in discovering the power of their personal story as a tool for impact and growth.
“Engaging in Courageous Conversations” led by Kirsten Meneghello, founder of Illumination Coaching, focused on developing strong communication skills for tough conversations and feedback.
About Women in Wine Oregon
Women in Wine Oregon is a membership-based nonprofit organization committed to promoting the inclusion and advancement of female leadership in the wine and beverage industry. Since its inception in 2019, Women in Wine Oregon has been instrumental in supporting long-term growth of women in the industry through ongoing networking events, an annual conference, and a year-long mentorship program. The organization has more than 240 members.
The idea for Women in Wine Oregon was first sparked in 2015 when industry leader Susan Sokol Blosser attended a national conference and recognized the need for a dedicated space to support and elevate women in Oregon’s wine industry. Inspired by the state’s legacy of innovation and collaboration, the organization was founded to provide a platform for mentorship, education, and networking, ensuring that women’s voices and leadership are integral to the future of Oregon wine.
