Vinovate is the vision of Rob Townsend, Pam Turner, Scott Baldwin and winemakers Bryan Weil and Kate Payne Brown. Located on NE Worden Hill Road in the heart of the celebrated Dundee Hills, Vinovate was founded to satisfy the need for a modern Willamette Valley winery driven by top-tier winemakers and solely dedicated to custom crush wines of the highest quality. Kate Payne Brown and Bryan Weil, who also oversee the winemaking program for Ambar Estate, their sister company, located nearby on NE Worden Hill Road, are two dedicated and passionate winemakers producing wines for numerous wineries in addition to Ambar Estate’s wines. Ambar Estate is set to unveil a stunning new tasting room next month, overlooking the region’s first Regenerative Organic Certified® vineyard.

Vinovate’s holistic approach offers a comprehensive suite of services dedicated to the art of still and sparkling winemaking, from grape to bottle. Vinovate provides expert fruit sampling for maturity, assisting with precise picking decisions to ensure optimal quality. Their state-of-the-art laboratory offers in-house analytical services, guaranteeing accurate and precise wine analysis. Vinovate’s capabilities include the creation of base wines through meticulous fermentation and elevage processes, as well as in-house and mobile tirage services, which encompass tirage culture building, riddling, dosage trial creation, consultation, disgorgement, and packaging. They also provide sparkling winemaking consultation and partial services such as tirage, disgorging, dosage trials, and riddling, ensuring a holistic approach to the production of exceptional sparkling wines. Their organically farmed vineyard will produce its first fruit in 2025.
