Recently named one of the Top 10 Best Craft Specialty Spirits in the U.S. by USA Today’s 10Best, Up North Distillery continues to earn national recognition for its innovation, craftsmanship, and dedication to authenticity.
Since opening its doors in 2015, Up North Distillery has become a cornerstone of the Pacific Northwest’s craft spirits community. Known for its “farm-to-flask” approach, the distillery sources local honey, grains, and fruits to create small-batch spirits that reflect the unique terroir of Northern Idaho. Using traditional copper pot distillation, each spirit is handcrafted to highlight natural, regional flavors.
As one of only six distilleries nationwide producing spirits from 100% honey mash, Up North has been at the forefront of this innovative category. The release of the 10-Year Reserve marks a milestone in both craftsmanship and patience.
