by | Feb 20, 2024

Olivia Becker, founder of Dalla Fonte, and Annie Sim, founder of The Table Less Traveled, bonded over their shared passion for deepening connections between individuals and Italian cuisine and craftsmanship, proudly announce their inaugural partner trip to visit Italian makers in Emilia-Romagna and Piedmont this fall.

This 6-day small group trip will be guided by both founders, Olivia Becker and Annie Sim. They will introduce travelers to producers and artisans who are frequently featured in Dalla Fonte’s club membership gift boxes including but not limited to Leonardi Acetaia and Lini 910. In addition to local friends whom Annie has fostered relationships with over the years as a boutique tour operator such as the owner of Porta San Mamolo, where they will be staying.

“This trip promises unreplicable experiences where you will learn directly from makers, share dinner with them and their families, and immerse yourself in the history and culture of their craft,” said Annie Sim, Founder and CEO of The Table Less Traveled.

The trip is set to start on September 30th until October 5th. There are 10 spots still available to join, so interested individuals are encouraged to secure their place promptly to partake in this once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
