Brew Dr. Kombucha Spiced Apple Kava

Brewed and bottled by the folk’s at Portland’s Townshend’s Tea Company, Brew Dr. Kombucha is 100-percent raw kombucha with more than 2.2 billion live and active cultures per bottle. The benefits to said billion bacteria in your tea? Labeled as “good bacteria,” the live active cultures are microorganisms that are said to aid in digestion, ease lactose intolerance, increase immunity to infection, reduce cholesterol and more. In lieu of the season, the Spiced Apple Kava Kombucha seemed appropriate with its own health benefits tied in.
