The Vancouver Gin Society presents the Pacific Northwest Gin Masterclass, February 1st at The Cascade Room!
On hand are half a dozen BC and Washington state Gins to taste and explore. The Cascade will be passing canapes around for a bite between glasses, all with the botanicals and distinct flavours of the Gins in mind. There will also be a welcome Gin Cocktail from the Cascade Bar.
We are happy to be hosting some of the distillers themselves to introduce their gins!
